Sustainable Procurement & Supply Chain ESG Reporting

We partnered with a London 5-star luxury listed building development to deliver a full sustainable procurement programme, combining responsible sourcing with measurable environmental and social impact.

Working as a certified B Corp, Beyond Bamboo applied its four-pillar vetting framework across Planet, People, Projects, and Progression to identify and qualify suppliers aligned with both ethical standards and commercial requirements. 56% of suppliers were UK-based, reducing transport emissions, strengthening supply chain resilience, and supporting local economic participation.

The project went beyond procurement basics, with sustainable swaps introduced across guest rooms, spa, housekeeping, and front-of-house areas, replacing conventional products with credible, impact-led alternatives. One supplier partnership alone supported 35 skilled craftspeople over 20 days at wages 2.5x above average, generating over 3,800 meals for local communities.

The result is a scalable, regenerative procurement model with full ESG reporting, positioning supply chain decisions as a direct driver of net positive hospitality.
