His career spans the UK's largest B2B social enterprise (where procurement became a catalyst for global good), co-founding a holding company that integrates high-performing SMEs, and five years of governance at a prominent German private bank.

Ryan's expertise lies at the intersection of commercial rigour and purpose-driven impact. His leadership helped direct resources to microfinance, education, and health initiatives across 40+ countries, while scaling operations from nimble start-ups to multimillion-pound enterprises. His roll-up strategy experience and hands-on logistics network development, particularly across Africa and Europe, will strengthen Beyond Bamboo's eco-conscious supplychain backbone.

In his dual role, Ryan will mastermind global logistics operations while advising Beyond Credits on governance integrity and impact verification. He brings zero-tolerance standards for greenwashing, proven MRV frameworks from Social Enterprises Global, and a clear vision: procurement decisions that automatically generate verified, transparent impact.
