Female Founder Spotlight – Tiffany Kelly

Tiffany Kelly, founder of Beyond Bamboo Global, sits firmly in the second category.

Driven by a lifelong passion to create meaningful change, Tiffany launched Beyond Bamboo to challenge the way businesses think about sustainability. Her belief is simple: doing “less harm” is no longer enough — businesses need to actively restore the world around them.

As Tiffany explains: “Everyone is talking about sustainability… but sustaining means doing no more harm. We need to go beyond sustainability and restore and rejuvenate the planet.”

Beyond Bamboo is her answer to that challenge — a global community and platform connecting organisations with ethical products, services and supply chains that help businesses operate more responsibly while still thriving commercially.

But Tiffany’s journey goes well beyond building a company. She has spent more than two decades working internationally on leadership, empowerment and innovation, from mentoring young change-makers through the Global Youth Awards to speaking at global summits and industry forums on sustainable business transformation.

At the heart of it all is a clear purpose: helping organisations rethink how they operate and proving that environmental responsibility and commercial success can go hand in hand.

As Tiffany has said of the industry shift she is working to drive: “This is a true Net Positive model… where each item does more than reduce harm — it actively contributes to the regeneration of the planet.” What makes Tiffany such an inspiring founder is not only her vision, but her determination to turn that vision into practical solutions — helping businesses make planet-conscious choices easier and more accessible.
