Working with asset owners and developers, we have created an initial entry point where we support the procurement team to source and vet sustainable, local products before the operating brand takes over. Embedding us in the organisation.

Operating Hotels
We can now offer a complete sourced and vetted operating supplies and equipment product portfolio to operating hotels. We also vet and suggest sustainable swaps for their existing products.

We are proud members of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, contributing to the Senior Advisory Council with a focus on Building Sustainable Supply Chains. We work along side the biggest hotel brands in the world sharing our expertise in planet conscious procurement.
We are also members of the Energy and Environment Alliance working with BREEAM, investors and development companies to develop sustainability principles for hospitality.
We are creating strategic alliances within the tourism sector globally to influence change and implement the pathway to net positive.
In addition to this, we are developing an online rating system in partnership with the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance which will be launched globally as the industry standard for measuring and reporting sustainability - Beyond Rating.
New Builds & Refurbishments
We now have a dedicated team focused on working with asset owners and developers offering a fully retained service where we source and vet products pre-opening so that we are already positioned as the supplier of choice for the organisations that we work with. Once the site opens we transfer the client management to our Operating Hotels Team who continue to develop and grow the relationship. We can also offer products and services outside of OS&E through our commissioned partnerships (Food & Beverage for example).
Example clients and pending projects include working with Finchatton on The Whitely in London, a palace refurbishment in Riyadh through Al Khozama, projects on The Line and Oxagon through NEOM and working with Dubai Holdings in the UAE.
Working at this stage also opens up opportunities for us to support our clients to develop their sustainability strategies and principles for sourcing across the supply chain.
Operating Hotels
Our Operating Hotels Team can now offer a full range of sourced and vetted operating supplies and equipment to our clients, working with local partners where ever possible. We can also vet existing products and suppliers, offering sustainable swaps where products do not meet our vetting standards.
We will soon be launching our Beyond ESG Credits initiative which will enable our clients to contribute towards relevant and worthy causes locally and globally through purchasing our products. This enables them to meet their Corporate Social Responsibility objectives at the same time as sourcing responsibly.
We have just launched a strategic partnership with the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance as part of the Pathway to Net Positive, offering their 55,000+ hotel members to combine their purchasing power and purchase the first Planet Conscious Amenities Pack through Beyond Bamboo. We are contract manufacturing this through a partner in Asia and our pack will be fully accredited by Deep Trace. We have already had positive responses from Jumeirah, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Six Senses, Radisson and ENVI Lodges.
We have also been sending our clients and prospects specific brochure campaigns every quarter to expand what we are offering them - this has been successfully winning us new business and clients.
