He has over 15 years of fast-track experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, developing deep expertise in hotel and resort turnaround, operations, strategy, and sales & marketing.

In 2012, Francisco founded BlueShift Hospitality Group, a company committed to driving innovation and operational excellence in the hospitality sector. As Chairman and founder of Merytu, he also spearheads a digital platform revolutionising workforce management by directly connecting hospitality professionals with companies, eliminating intermediaries, and reshaping the future of work.
